A focused professional learning journey.
Project-Based Learning becomes powerful when learners investigate a meaningful question over time, make decisions, revise their work and create something for a real audience. Simply adding a poster or presentation at the end of a topic does not create that depth.
In this course participants experience PBL from the learner’s perspective and then build their own project architecture. Technology is used selectively for research, collaboration, documentation, feedback and public products. By the final day, every participant has a coherent unit ready for adaptation and implementation.

Milestones, Mini-Lessons and Scaffolding
Sequence research, explicit instruction, fieldwork, expert input and creation so support arrives when learners need it.
Teamwork That Is Visible and Fair
Use role rotation, team agreements, task boards, decision logs and individual checkpoints to reduce free-riding and strengthen inclusion.
Project Management Simulation
Build milestones, learner roles, research checkpoints and a digital workflow, then respond to realistic delays, unequal participation and changing evidence.

Feedback, Assessment and Revision
Evidence of Learning Throughout the Project
Plan conferences, journals, observation, quizzes and draft reviews that reveal content understanding and project skills before the final deadline.
Rubrics, Critique and Better Work
Build transparent criteria and teach learners how to give kind, specific and useful feedback. Structure revision as a normal stage of quality work.
Critique, Revision and Exhibition Lab
Practise feedback protocols, develop a process-and-product rubric and plan a public presentation that makes learning—not decoration—the centre of attention.

Designing for a Real Audience
Strengthen the usefulness, credibility and communication of final products through authentic audiences, exhibitions, campaigns or community partners.
Peer Consultancy and Implementation Planning
Pitch the complete unit, receive focused critique and revise the plan for timetable, resources, learner readiness and institutional constraints.
PBL Unit Design Studio
Assemble a complete project canvas and stress-test its curriculum alignment, inclusion, feasibility, assessment evidence and implementation calendar.
Practical outcome: Implementation-ready PBL unit
The sequence and examples may be fine-tuned after the pre-course needs analysis. The published learning outcomes and 30 teaching hours remain unchanged.
Teaching and learning methods
The course uses active professional learning. Short conceptual inputs are followed by investigation, creation, testing, feedback and reflection connected to each participant’s own educational context.

Assessment, validation and follow-up
Learning is evidenced through active participation, daily practical outcomes, peer and trainer feedback, the final course product and an individual transfer commitment. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance. Learning Agreement and Europass Mobility support is available when required.
